The Process
How it works

Submit & Grade
Complete our online submission form with photos and details. We schedule an in-person assessment (Chicago metro) or arrange shipping for remote consignors. Our certified appraiser grades across all five pillars.
Timeline: 3–5 business days

Certification & Photography
Your rug receives an official RUG Index grade report. Professional photography and measurement documentation completed. Listing goes live with full certification credentials.
Timeline: 5–7 business days after grading

Buyer Network Exposure
Your listing is promoted to our vetted buyer network — collectors, interior designers, dealers, and estate buyers. All inquiries screened. You approve offers above your agreed floor price.
Average time to sale: 21–45 days

Sale & Payout
Upon buyer payment, funds held in escrow. After 72-hour inspection period, proceeds released minus commission. ACH transfer within 2 business days.
